1. 気象庁※の時系列情報(明日までの警報等の見通し)における翌日の6時00分-15時00分の時間帯に、最大風速(陸上)が警戒(赤色)以上が示されている。
2. 気象庁の時系列情報(明日までの警報等の見通し)における翌日の6時00分-15時00分の時間帯に、大雨、土砂災害、高潮、雪が危険(紫色)以上が示されている。

• 千葉市防災ポータルサイト※の避難情報（避難指示、高齢者等避難)が発令中で、翌日の6時00分-15時00分まで継続する見込みの場合、避難対象地域内に学区が含まれる学校

1. 暴風、暴風雪の警報が発表中
2. 暴風、暴風雪、大雪の特別警報が発表中
3. 大雨、土砂災害、高潮に関するレベル4危険警報、レベル5特別警報が発表中

• 千葉市防災ポータルサイト※の避難情報（避難指示、高齢者等避難)が発令、継続中の場合、避難対象地域内に学区が含まれる学校

• 大雨浸水・暴風・大雪等の非常変災時の登校には、思わぬ危険があります。危険箇所や持ち物について配慮していただくとともに、無理して登校させないようにしてください。
• 警報・注意報が解除され、風や雨がおさまった後でも、通学路に危険がないかどうかを確認して登校させてください。
• 大雨浸水・暴風・大雪等の際に、遅刻・早退する場合には、学校(学級担任)に必ず学校・家庭間連絡システム「すぐーる」で連絡をしてください。

• 「臨時休業」になった日の給食は休止となります。非常変災による給食休止の場合、給食費の返金はできません。
• 「対象地域のみ休業」とする場合は、原則、中学校区で揃えますが、発達段階に応じ、小・中学校で対応が異なることもあります。どのような対応になるのか、事前に各学校より連絡がありますので、ご確認ください。
• 「暴風警報」「暴風雪警報」「特別警報」以外の大雪等の警報発表時においては、保護者の判断で登校させてください。保護者の判断で登校を見合わせた場合は、欠席や遅刻とはなりません。どのような教育活動を行うのか、各学校からの連絡でご確認ください。
• 登校後に「暴風警報」「暴風特別警報」「大雨、土砂災害、高潮に関するレベル4危険警報」が発表された場合は、下校時刻を変更し、保護者引き渡しにより下校させる場合があります。その際は、保護者の方の迎えがあるまでは、学校で待機させます。

≪早い段階で見通しを持てるようにするために≫
台風最接近1日前

• 「一斉休業」又は「対象地域のみ休業」の場合、おおよそ13時から16時までに学校から家庭へすぐーる配信があります。
• 「臨時休業になるのか、登校になるのかの判断について」「学習保障について」等の連絡があります。
• 17時以降、状況に変更があった場合、改めて、学校より家庭へすぐーる配信します。

台風当日の朝7時まで

• 前日に臨時休業の判断をしなかった学校は、7時までに登校となるかどうかの最終判断を家庭へすぐーる配信をします。

台風当日の下校前まで

• 当日に登校の判断をした学校は、下校時刻の変更や引き渡し等が必要になった場合も、家庭へすぐーる配信をします。

• 保護者は、学校・家庭間連絡システム「すぐーる」等による学校からの連絡を確認し、お子様を引き取りに来てください。保護者がお見えになるまで、お子様は学校でお預かりします。
• 保護者の代理の方が引き取る場合は、必ず保護者が学校へ連絡してください。連絡がない場合には、引き渡しができない場合もあります。

• 在暴雨积水、暴风、大雪等灾害天气期间上学时,可能会遇到意想不到的危险。请注意沿途危险区域及随身携带物品,并避免让孩子勉强前往学校。
• 即使警报或注意报已经解除,风雨已经减弱,也请先确认上学路线是否存在危险,再让孩子前往学校。
• 在暴雨积水、暴风、大雪等情况下,如需迟到或早退,请务必通过学校与家庭联系系统“すぐーる（Suguru）”向学校（班主任）报告。

• 实施“临时停课”当天,学校午餐（供餐）将停止提供。因自然灾害等突发情况导致停餐的,餐费不予退还。
• 如实施“仅限相关地区停课”,原则上将以同一初中学区为单位统一安排,但根据学生的发展阶段和实际情况,小学与初中的应对措施也可能有所不同。具体安排将由各学校提前通知,请留意相关信息。
• 当发布除“暴风警报”“暴风雪警报”“特别警报”以外的大雪等警报时,是否让学生到校由家长自行判断。如家长决定暂缓到校,学生将不被视为缺勤或迟到。有关学校将开展何种教育活动,请查阅各学校发布的通知。
• 如学生到校后发布“暴风警报”“暴风特别警报”或“暴雨、山体滑坡灾害、风暴潮四级危险警报（Level 4）”,学校可能会调整放学时间,并采取由家长到校接领学生离校的方式。在此情况下,学生将在学校等待,直至家长到校接领。

≪为了能够尽早掌握情况并做好预判≫
台风最接近前一天

• 如实施“统一停课”或“仅限相关地区停课”,学校将于13时至16时左右通过“すぐーる（Suguru）”向家长发送通知。
• 通知内容包括停课或到校决定,以及学习保障等相关安排。
• 如17时以后情况有变,学校将再次通过“すぐーる（Suguru）”发布通知。

截至台风当天上午7时

• 对于前一天未决定实施临时停课的学校,将于当天上午7时前通过“すぐーる（Suguru）”向家长发送是否到校的最终通知。

截至台风当天放学前

• 当天决定正常上课（到校）的学校,如因天气变化需要调整放学时间或实施家长接领学生等措施,也将通过学校与家庭联系系统“すぐーる（Suguru）”向家庭发送通知。

• 家长请通过学校与家庭联系系统“すぐーる（Suguru）”等渠道确认学校发出的通知,并到校接领孩子。在家长到达之前,学生将在学校等候并由学校照看。
• 如由家长指定的代理人前来接领学生,请家长务必事先与学校联系。若未提前通知学校,学校可能无法办理学生交接手续。

2. A Special Warning for Storms, Blizzards, or Heavy Snow is in effect.
3. A Level 4 Hazard Warning or Level 5 Emergency Warning for heavy rain, landslides, or storm surges is in effect.

• Evacuation information (Evacuation Order or Evacuation for the Elderly and Others) issued on the Chiba City Disaster Prevention Portal Site* remains in effect.
• The school's attendance zone includes an area covered by the evacuation information.

• Traveling to school during severe weather events such as heavy rain and flooding, strong winds, or heavy snowfall may involve unexpected dangers. Please be mindful of hazardous areas and necessary belongings, and do not force your child to attend school if conditions are unsafe.
• Even after weather warnings and advisories have been lifted and the wind and rain have subsided, please check that the route to school is safe before allowing your child to attend school.
• If your child will be late to school or needs to leave early due to heavy rain and flooding, strong winds, heavy snowfall, or other severe weather conditions, please be sure to notify the school (homeroom teacher) through the school-home communication system, "Suguuru."

• School lunch service will not be provided on days when a Temporary School Closure is implemented. If school lunch service is suspended due to severe weather or other natural disasters, school lunch fees cannot be refunded.
• When a School Closure in Designated Areas Only is implemented, schools will, in principle, follow the boundaries of junior high school attendance zones. However, depending on students' developmental stages, elementary and junior high schools may take different measures. Schools will provide advance notice regarding the specific arrangements, so please check the information sent by your child's school.
• When warnings for heavy snow or other weather conditions are issued, other than a Storm Warning, Blizzard Warning, or Special Warning, parents/guardians should decide whether their child should attend school. If a parent/guardian decides that their child should not attend school, the absence or tardiness will not be counted as such. Please refer to communications from your school for information regarding the educational activities that will be provided.
• If a Storm Warning, Special Storm Warning, or a Level 4 Hazard Warning related to heavy rain, landslides, or storm surges is issued after students have arrived at school, the dismissal time may be changed and students may be released only through parent/guardian pick-up. In such cases, students will remain at school until their parent or guardian arrives to pick them up.

≪To Enable Early Planning and Preparation≫
One Day Before the Typhoon's Closest Approach

• In the event of a Citywide School Closure or a School Closure in Designated Areas Only, the schoolwill send a notification to families via the Suguuru school-home communication system betweenapproximately 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
• The notification will include information regarding whether the school will be temporarily closed or students are expected to attend school, as well as measures to ensure learning opportunities.
• If circumstances change after 5時00分 p.m., the school will send an updated notification to families via Suguuru 

By 7時00分 a.m. on the Day of the Typhoon

• For schools that have not decided on a temporary closure by the previous day, a final decision regarding whether students should attend school will be communicated to families via Suguuru by 7:00 a.m.

Until Student Dismissal on the Day of the Typhoon

• For schools that have decided to remain open on the day, if it becomes necessary to change the dismissal time or implement parent/guardian pick-up procedures, a notification will also be sent to families via Suguuru.

• Parents/guardians should check notifications from the school sent through the "Suguuru" school-home communication system or other communication methods and come to pick up their child. Students will remain under the school's supervision until their parent/guardian arrives.
• If a person authorized by the parent/guardian will pick up the student, the parent/guardian must notify the school in advance. If no prior notification is received, the school may be unable to release the student to that person.
