保険料に未納がある方にお送りするお手紙について（やさしい日本語、英語でのご案内）

　日本では、病気やけがをした時のために、法律で決められた保険に入らなければいけません。そして、そのお金（保険料）を払うことが決まりです。

　払っていない保険料がある人には、手紙が届きます（「督促状」や「差押の予告」という言葉がかかれています）。そのまま払わないと、銀行に預けているお金や、給料などから、市がお金を引くことになります。「差押の予告」というはがきが届いたら、7日以内にすべてを払ってください。

　納付書がない人は、千葉市役所納付推進センター：043-400-2910に電話してください。

　払う方法が分からない人や、すぐに払えない人は、健康保険課：043-245-5164に電話してください。

You haven’t paid your insurance premium yet, even after the due date has passed.
Please note that if payment cannot be made within 7days, assets such as your bank savings and salary maybe seized.
If you don’t have your payment slip, please call the payment promotion center:043-400-2910.
If you don’t understand how to pay, or If you cannot make a lump sum payment, please consult us as soon as possible.
